Where we ship: All of India, or list areas.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, orders usually arrive in 5 to 9 business days. This is an estimate. Delivery times can vary with your location, courier, weather, and holidays.

Cash on delivery: Available

Tracking: When your order ships, we will send you tracking details by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use them to follow your parcel.

Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us at smartneedshelp@gmail.com and we will check with the courier.

Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
